Pattern Echo
Study a growing symbol pattern, hide it, then repeat the order at your own pace.
Untimed · unlimited practice
One pattern. One more step.
Study a growing row of symbols, hide it, then recreate the exact order. Take as long as you need.
How to play Pattern Echo
- Start with one symbol. Use Previous symbol and Next symbol to study each step without a timer.
- Choose Hide and repeat. Select the labelled shapes in the exact order; Undo removes your last choice before checking.
- A correct answer adds one symbol to the pattern. Reach your chosen goal of four, six, eight, or ten items, or finish whenever you like.
What the result means
Keep track of the order of a short symbol sequence as it grows by one item each round.
The longest sequence repeated describes only this session and its settings. It does not assess health, intelligence, or everyday memory, or establish improvements outside the game.
Accessibility
- All study and response steps are untimed, with large labelled touch and keyboard buttons.
- Symbols use shapes and text rather than colour alone. No sound, microphone, or camera is required.
- Study changes happen only when you choose. Reduced-motion preferences remove button transitions.
Pattern Echo FAQ
Can a symbol repeat?
Yes. Circle, star, circle is a valid three-step pattern. Repeat every occurrence in order.
Do I need sound or fast reactions?
No. Study and answers are untimed, every symbol has a written label, and play is sound-free.
What happens after a different order?
The game shows the expected order and your selection, then offers a session debrief. You can immediately start another session.
What is saved?
Only an optional solo best and session summary are saved on this device. No sequence answers are uploaded.
