How it works

- 3. The interval ends automatically; then an optional private check-in appears.
Accessibility
Sound stays off. Reduced motion uses a stationary visual and text cue. Pause and exit controls remain visible.
Daily Mind Mix
The shared adapter supplies a fixed 60-second final segment whose share summary says “60-second reset completed.”
Stillpoint FAQ
Do I need to press anything?
No. Watching the visual until the interval finishes is enough. A single yellow response button appears only if you deliberately enable the optional signal.
Is this a treatment or competition?
No. There are no health claims, rankings, or punitive streaks.
